Call for abstracts

Abstracts can be submitted only online via this submission form. Abstracts are to be submitted in English.

Please note, the submission of an abstract does not replace the registration as a participant to the congress. The presentingauthor must register separately via the online registration (click here). Please indicate the presenting author during the submission process.

Submission Deadline is August 20th, 2026. Authors who have submitted abstracts will be notified by email on August 31th, 2026 if their paper has been accepted for poster or oral presentation.

Figures and tables are not allowed. Original data should be presented at the congress. With the submission, the authors assume responsibility for the correctness of the data. The responsibility for the clarification of possible copyrights of third parties regarding the contents of the abstract lies with the authors.

Poster award for students and doctoral candidates

Students and doctoral candidates presenting a poster are eligible for the poster award. Posters are reviewed during the poster session by members of the scientific committee, and the award is presented at the end of the symposium.
